The clinic runs from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Friday and is $10 per player. Prizes and snacks will also be provided, as well as clubs for those who need equipment.

Moffat County Fair 5K runs early Saturday
Registration will begin at 7 a.m. with the race running its new course at 8 a.m. at Moffat County Fairgrounds.
The cost is $15, and participants can register in advance at Trapper Fitness Center, 261 Commerce St.

Moffat County High School wrestling prime rib dinner Aug. 18
The Moffat County High School wrestling team will host its annual prime rib dinner fundraiser Aug. 18 at MCHS, 900 Finley Lane.
Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. with live and silent auctions beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Admission is $30 for a single person, $50 per couple and $75 for a family of four.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance from any Bulldog wrestler or at KRAI in Centennial Mall, 1111 W. Victory Way.
Softball tourney moved to Aug. 20, 21
The Yampa Valley Young Professional Balls Out Co-Ed Softball Tournament will take place Aug. 20 and 21.
Organizers opted to push the fundraiser event back to give people more time to sign up and have also lowered the registration price, which is now $150 down from $200 per team.
Players must be 18 years old or older, or 14 and older with parental consent. The deadline to sign up is this Friday.
The tournament is scheduled to start pool play Aug. 20, with the field location currently undetermined, followed by a single elimination tournament the next day.
