CRAIG — An increase in pool admission fees and a funding request for the possible demolition of condemned properties will top the agenda when the Craig City Council meets at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 23 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 West Fourth Street.

The discussion and possible actions on pool fees and condemned properties will follow presentation of a plaque to Liz White, human resources coordinator and deputy city clerk; the swearing-in of new police officer Nathan Businger; a public hearing to consider a change of location for Cassandra and Jose Nunez, operating Vallartas of Craig; and updates from Michelle Balleck, of Craig Moffat Economic Development Partnership.

City council also plans to award bids to purchase chemicals for 2018 and for consultant services to update the Master Plan for Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails.

After reports from city staff and council members, council members are expected to convene in executive session to perform the annual evaluation of the city attorney and receive legal advice from the city attorney about specific legal questions.
