Craig briefs: Do It Downtown offers kids’ activities, market

Do it Downtown Thursdays is back on the summer schedule for downtown Craig from noon to 6 p.m. each Thursday. This year, the Downtown Business Association is hosting kids’ activities each Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m.

This Thursday, the Craig Daily Press will host the kids’ activity. A table will be set up in front of the newspaper’s office where children can make paper airplanes, boats and hats, and they can also paint.

Additionally, a farmers market will be held for those who wish to purchase goods from noon to 6 p.m.

Craig class of ’75 to host reunion this weekend

The Moffat County High School Class of 1975 will hold a 40th class reunion this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The group will have a meet and greet from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Tin Cup Grill. Faculty, friends and other classmates are welcome.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

On Saturday, a tent will be set up during Whittle the Wood and dinner will follow at 7 p.m. at The Clarion Inn & Suites.

The weekend will end during brunch at the O.P. Bar and Grill at 9 a.m. Sunday.
