Craig briefs: Bowl-For-Kids to be held today at Thunder Rolls
Northwest Rocky Mountain CASA is having a Bowl-For-Kids fundraiser at Thunder Rolls from 6 to 9 p.m. today. Individuals can attend for $25, or put together a team of five for $100. The fee covers three games, shoes and pizza. CASA is looking for local businesses to sponsor teams of five for $500. Higher levels of sponsorship include, $750 to sponsor a team of five, have a business banner hung during the event and have your business name in the press. For $200, businesses can have their banners hung at the event as an event sponsors. Colorado Northwestern Community College is CASA’s largest sponsor, to date.

Colorado Highway 9 construction continues
Traffic impacts on Colorado Highway 9 can be expected northbound and southbound during daylight hours Monday through Friday. A temporary lane will be in place, detouring traffic around construction from mile marker 127 to 128. Speeds will be reduced to 25 miles per hour through the temporary lane. The temporary detour lane is necessary while crews install a wildlife underpass structure and will remain in place until underpass construction is complete.
Wide loads restricted to 12 feet.
Adhere to the 35 or 45 mile per hour speed limits, as posted.
