Couple arrested after fighting over meth pipe: On the record and jail report for March 13 to 21

Sunday, March 19

12:25 a.m. At the Clarion Inn & Suites, officers responded to a verbal fight outside the hotel. The parties were separated by officers.

2:29 a.m. On the 1400 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of verbal domestic violence. The woman told officers her husband left drunk and state troopers contacted him at the North Kum & Go. He was arrested for driving under the influence.

10:03 p.m. On the 1500 block of Barclay Street, officers responded to a report of two suspicious males walking around with black coats, one wearing a black clown mask and the other wearing a skull mask. Officers did not find them.

10:48 p.m. On the 1400 block of Barclay Street, officers responded to a report of a suspicious male with a goatee and a Broncos coat on in someon's backyard area.

Monday, March 20

12:12 a.m. At the Rainbow Trailer Court, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle driving around for 45 minutes. The male driver stated he was looking for a lost friend.

12:11 p.m. On the 900 block of Sloan Circle, officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance between ex-spouses. Officers contacted the man, who said he was in his backyard when his ex-wife arrived to collect her property. Then they began fighting over a meth pipe. The woman was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and the man was arrested for violation of a restraining order.

12:52 p.m. At Walmart, officers responded to a report of a pit bull that got loose from a parked car and scratched the bed of another man's truck. The dog and its owner were gone upon officers' arrival.

5:14 p.m. On the 800 block of East Seventh Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance between a mother and a daughter. The daughter left with the father for the evening.

Monday, March 13

Robert John Shimko, 51, of Craig, was arrested on charges of alleged harassment, third-degree assault, reckless endangerment, false imprisonment and second-degree burglary of a residence.

Tuesday, March 14

Corey Phillip Dohrman, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to comply with driving under the influence charges.

Corey Dion Green, 27, of Craig, was arrested on charges of alleged driving under restraint not related to alcohol and on a warrant for failure to comply.

Thomas Donald Mathers, 37, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to comply.

Donald G. Brewer, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail to serve time for a previous offense.

Wednesday, March 15

Bryan Keith Cramblett, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for controlled substances.

Nicholas Allan Bulla, 24, of Fort Collins, was booked into Moffat County Jail to serve time for a previous offense.

Elizabeth Lee Morgan, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for dangerous drugs.

Fernando Aguirre-Nataren, 45, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

George Lamar Moss, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear.

Aaron Russell Cantrell, 32, of Craig, was arrested on charges of alleged unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and violation of a restraining order.

Devon Marie Hillesland, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to comply.

Michael Edward Chavez, 38, of Delta, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for second-degree burglary and theft.

Austin Colby Kohler, 25, of Lakewood, was arrested on charges of alleged driving under the influence of drugs and speed limits.

Julie Denee McLeslie, 45, of Craig, was arrested on charges of alleged violation of a restraining order.

David R. Oberg, 62, of Craig, was arrested on charges of an alleged offense relating to marijuana and marijuana concentrate.

Yolanda Castillo Palacios, 39, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for contempt of court.

Victoria Ann Garduno, 41, of Craig, was arrested on charges of alleged unlawful possession of a controlled substance and first-degree introducing contraband, and on a warrant for failure to comply.

Katherine Jo Parfrey, 34, of Craig, was arrested on charges of alleged domestic violence and third-degree assault.

Orlando Jimenez Vielmas, 28, of Bar Nunn, Wyoming, was booked into Moffat County Jail to serve time for an offense of driving while ability impaired.

Kerri Denise Orr, 33, of Cortez, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear relating to dangerous drugs.

Shawn Raymond Runnells, 53, of Craig, was arrested on suspicion of driving under restraint (non-alcohol-related), reckless driving, vehicular eluding and failure to abide traffic controls.
