Cops investigate possible intruder in crawl space: On the record Thursday, Feb. 22

12:13 a.m. In Craig, officers investigated specific information on a possible drug dealer. The All Crimes Enforcement Team, an area drug task force, took over the investigation.
9:02 a.m. On the 1600 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a disturbance. An employee and employer reportedly got into an argument. The employee was gone before officers arrived. They contacted the employee later, and the dispute was resolved.
9:05 a.m. At Colorado Northwestern Community College, officers responded to a verbal disturbance. Officers arrived and mediated the dispute. No crime was found.
9:48 a.m. On the 400 block of Green Street, officers responded to a reported threat made by phone. A man called and reportedly threatened another man. The suspect recently left Craig, and officers are working to contact the man.
11:56 a.m. In the lobby of the Public Safety Center, officers conducted a warrant arrest. A 55-year-old Craig man was arrested for a warrant out of Denver for failing to appear in court.
12:40 p.m. Officers responded to a Safe 2 Tell call reporting bullying. The school resource officer handled the situation.

12:53 p.m. On the 900 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a possible case of child abuse. Officers investigated and found the report unfounded.
1:33 p.m. On the 400 block of Tucker Street, a caller reported a possible fraud involving checking account. No crime was found.
5:53 p.m. On the 500 block of School Street, officers responded to a dispute between a landlord and a tenant. The situation was resolved before officers arrived.
10:52 p.m. On the 400 block of Hawthorne, officers responded to a suspicious incident. A caller believed she heard someone under her house or crawling around her house. In the snow, officers did not see any indication that someone had entered the crawl space.
11:23 p.m. Officers responded to a mental health issue in Craig.
