Connections 4 Kids is conducting a parent survey to gauge the community’s needs and to guide the organization’s work. Everyone who takes the survey and provides their basic information will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card.

Connections 4 Kids is an early childhood council that serves Moffat and Rio Blanco counties. The survey will help Connections 4 Kids identify the needs of parents and their children birth to 8 in four areas: physical health; early learning; social, emotional and mental health; and family support and parent education.
