ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Craig Parks & Recreation Department is accepting proposals from local service clubs to provide concession services for malt, vinous or spirituous liquor concessions during Whittle the Wood Rendezvous. The event is scheduled for June 18, 2011. Bid packets may be picked at City Hall downstairs at the Parks & Recreation Department. Bids will be due at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 West Fourth Street, Craig, Colorado 81625 at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Award of bid will be at the City Council meeting on April 26, 2011.



No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bid without the consent of the City of Craig for a period of 30 days after the scheduled time for opening of the bids.

The City of Craig reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.



The bids must be completely filled out on the bid form provided. Bids shall be addressed to the City of Craig and shall have the name of the bidder and “Concession services for malt, vinous or spirituous liquor concessions” written thereon.
