Clara Belle Mock

Clara Belle Mock, of Cañon City, Colo., died Dec. 16, 2002. She was 70.

Mock was born in Marvine, Colo., to John Hughey and Myrtle Wick Wilson. She worked as an accounts payable supervisor for the Colorado Department of Corrections.

Mock is survived by her children, Brenda (Ronnie) Van Egmond, of Penrose, Colo., Glenna Herod, of Rock Springs, Wyo., and Ruby Gordon-Penny, of Penrose; grandchildren, Katherine, Kimberly, Heather, Heidi, Jason, Amber, Zachariah and Taylore; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Stehle, of Craig; and brothers, Alvin Wilson of Clifton, Colo., and John Wilson of Fort Collins, Colo.

Services were Dec. 20 in Florence, Colo., at the Charles Anthony Funeral Home with Pastor David Bribach officiating. Inurnment followed at Lakeside Cemetery in Cañon City.

Memorial donations may be made to the Friends of Hospice in Fremont County at P.O. Box 1796, Cañon City, CO 81212.
