Grand Futures Prevention Coalition would like to thank the community for supporting the Magic, Magic Show on Sept. 28. Many local businesses purchased tickets for youths, making it possible for children 12 years of age and younger to attend the show for free. We would like to thank Moffat County High School for letting us use the auditorium, and a special thank you to Mr. Toovey, assistant principal, for spending his evening at the school making sure everything ran smoothly for the show. Thank you to Andy Whilden, Joe Muldoon, Mike Maneotis and Kyle Wilson for helping the magicians with their equipment and running the lights for the show. Thank you to the parents who attended the show with their children, it was a fun family activity for everyone. Thank you to Terri Jourgensen, Debi Harmon and Mark Harmon for volunteering on the night of the show.

Grand Futures Prevention Coalition’s mission is to provide a framework for the community to provide alternatives to substance abuse for youths. Funding provides alternative activities, substance abuse education, after-school programs and family strengthening programs.
