Friday, May 10

6:30 a.m. On the 500 block of Seventh Avenue, police in Craig assisted another police agency. Officers assisted emergency medical personnel with a male Craig resident.

7:28 a.m. On the 900 block of Breeze Street, police in Craig responded to a property damage crash call. A caller reported a black sedan rolled into a resident’s home.

9:48 a.m. On the 900 block of Rose Street, police in Craig responded to a fraud call. A caller reported a credit card fraud.

9:53 a.m. On the 800 block of West First Street, police in Craig responded to a follow-up investigation. Officers said there was no additional information available Monday and they continue to investigate.

3:27 p.m. Near the intersection of Finley Lane and West Sixth Street, police in Craig responded to a warrant call. No additional information was available Monday.

5:06 p.m. Near the intersection of Yampa Avenue and West 13th Street, police in Craig responded to an unknown injury crash call. Officers responded to a motorcycle accident where parties declined medical assistance and was one party issued a citation.

6:40 p.m. On the 700 block of Taylor Street, police in Craig responded to a burglary call. A caller reported an unknown number of parties ran out the back door and slammed it when she walked into the house, but police were unable to locate any suspects and they continue to investigate.

Saturday, May 11

4:39 a.m. At Frontier Apartments, police in Craig responded to a warrant call. A 36-year-old Craig man was arrested on a felony warrant from the Colorado Department of Corrections.

8:31 a.m. On the 800 block of First Street, police in Craig responded to a property found/recovered call. A male party found a duffel bag and turned it in to police for safe keeping.

10:12 a.m. At Memorial Regional Health, police in Craig responded to a reported drunk driver call. Police responded to the reported area but were unable to locate a suspect.

7:38 p.m. At Woodbury Park, police in Craig responded to a theft call. Craig police said a caller reported a lost or stolen cell phone at.

8:02 p.m. On the 2000 block of West Third Street, police in Craig responded to an extra patrol request. A caller requested an extra patrol due to possible theft at their property. Craig police responded to at least one additional patrol request Saturday.

12:08 a.m. On the 2000 block of West Victory Way, police in Craig responded to a warrant call. A 26-year-old Craig man was arrested on a felony warrant from Steamboat Springs and a misdemeanor warrant from Moffat County.

9:47 a.m. On the 1000 block of West Sixth Street, police in Craig responded to a suspicious person/vehicle/article call. A caller reported a suspicious person came to their home claiming to be a police officer. Craig police continue to investigate.

12:04 p.m. On the 1000 block of Legion Street, police in Craig responded to a trespass report. A caller reported someone broke the gate to their backyard, but it was unknown whether anything was missing and police continue to investigate.

4:43 p.m. On the 800 block of West First Street, police in Craig responded to a reported drunk driver. A caller reported a pickup was possibly intoxicated and driving fast, but police were unable to locate a potential suspect.

4:51 p.m. Near the intersection of East Victory Way and Washington Street, police in Craig responded to a road rage call. A caller reported a silver Audi and a black sedan were racing, but police were unable to locate any potential suspects.

9:04 a.m. On the 2000 block of West Victory Way, police in Craig responded to a theft call. Craig police said a 35-year-old Craig man was issued a citation on a theft charge after an incident at a local ranch and home supply store.
