Camp, Bohrer and Nichols win in Craig City Council election — Ogden stays in with 4th highest vote
Craig — Results are in for the three open Craig City Council seats and a fourth seat vacated by the newly elected mayor.
The winners of the three open seats were:
• Andrea Camp with 1,727 votes
• Tony Bohrer with 1,033 votes
• Chris Nichols with 881 votes
A fourth city council seat was filled by Jarrod Ogden, the fourth-highest vote-getter with 749 votes against Dave DeRose (735), Rod Compton (571) and Bill Johnston (669). The fourth seat was vacated by John Ponikvar, who won the mayoral race.
Bohrer and Ogden are incumbents.
Moffat County United Way announced this week in a news release the nonprofit organization has hired Genevieve Yazzie as the new community impact coordinator.
