Edward Jones receives another high ranking

Financial service firm Edward Jones ranked highest in investor satisfaction with full service brokerage firms for the third year, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study.

The study measured overall investor satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on six factors, including: financial adviser/broker; account set/up offerings; investment performance; commissions and fees; account statements; and investment performance.

The study found that Edward Jones performed well in financial adviser/broker and investment performance, according to a press release from the Edward Jones’ office in Craig.

J.D. Power and Associates ranked Edward Jones highest in investor satisfaction in 2005 and 2006, and tied for first in 2002.
