Budget review, appointment of officers top agenda for the first meeting of the new Local Marketing District Board, Wednesday, Jan. 24
CRAIG — The budget will take priority during the first meeting of the newly reconstituted Local Marketing District Board. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, in Room 175 at Colorado Northwestern Community College, 2801 W. Ninth Street.
This will be the first official board meeting for six of seven members.
Board members will review the current budget to assess money allocated by the previous board, identify and address outstanding invoices, determine grants that were funded in 2017 and whether grant reports were submitted or are outstanding and review the funding application process for future requests.
The board will also appoint officers and discuss committees, bylaws, operating plan and 2018 meeting dates times and locations.
