U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) has delayed the Oct. 29, releases of Rice Stocks, Peanut Stocks, Peanut Stocks and processing and Crop Progress due to the hurricane-related closure of Washington, D.C. federal government offices. The rescheduled release times will be announced as soon as offices reopen.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Moffat County Youth United Way and Connection 4 Kids, the early childhood council serving Moffat and Rio Blanco counties, have brought Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to Moffat and Rio Blanco counties.

The first event is planned for 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on November 8 at the Craig branch of Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St.

The second event is planned for 10:30 a.m. on November 13 at Rangely Regional Library, 109 East Main St. in Rangely.

The third event is planned for 10 a.m. November 14 at Meeker Public Library, 490 Main St.
