Briefs for Oct. 4 2011: Bella Voce to host masquerade dinner

Bella Voce Show Chorus presents its Masquerade Diva Dinner at 7 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Pavilion.
The event includes dinner, a dessert bar and a cabaret-style show followed by dancing. Costumes are optional.
Tickets are $40 per person or $25 for students 25 and younger.

Variety show set for Friday
The monthly variety show is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4265, 419 E. Victory Way.
Performers include Steve Ghirardelli, Ray Cartwright and Bill Ronis.

TMH to offer discounted mammograms
The Memorial Hospital will offer mammograms at a reduced rate in October to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The discounted mammograms will cost $80, or about $270 less than the normal price.
The program covers screening mammograms only and does not include diagnostic mammograms.
To participate, women must get a doctor's order to get a mammogram.

Colorado Northwestern Community College will begin offering its banking and finance/small business management program on Nov. 2.

Reduced price pet adoptions offered
The Humane Society of Moffat County will offer reduced price pet adoptions during Second Chance Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Craig Animal Shelter, 2430 E. Victory Way.

MCHS Class of 1992 schedules 20-year reunion
The Moffat County High School Class of 1992 has set the date for its 20-year class reunion. The reunion is scheduled for June 14 to 17, 2012.
The organizing committee scheduled the reunion for the same weekend as the Whittle the Wood Rendezvous to provide classmates and their families a broad range of activities.
Details for the schedule of reunion events will be released at a later date.
