A yard sale benefiting Relay For Life is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and Saturday at 760 Finley Lane.

FFA project auction today

The Moffat County Future Farmers of America Chapter will host its annual project auction and oyster fry today at the Moffat County High School ag shop, 900 Finley Lane.



The event is open to the public. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $5.

The auction will begin shortly after.

The auction features student projects ranging from birdhouses to ornamental items.

MCSD retirees honored today

The 2012 Spring Fling will take place at 5 p.m. today upstairs at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4265, 419 E. Victory Way.

Retiring Moffat County School District teachers will be recognized at the ceremony, which is open to past and current school district staff.

The Moffat County Education Association will conduct a general meeting at 4 p.m. before the event.

MCHS announces end-of-year ceremonies

Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane, will host end-of-year and graduation ceremonies next week.

An MCHS and National Honor Society awards ceremony takes place at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the high school auditorium.

A baccalaureate ceremony takes place at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the auditorium.

Graduation ceremonies begin at 10 a.m. May 26 in the MCHS gym.

A shuttle service will begin at 9 a.m. from the Kmart parking lot, 1198 W. Victory Way.
