The Craig Concert Association presents a performance by guitarist Edgar Cruz at 7 p.m. Jan. 20 in the auditorium at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane.
The cost is $20 at the door, or free with an association membership.

Alternative health coalition forming
A meeting regarding the formation of the Yampa Valley Alternative Health Coalition is scheduled for 6 p.m. Jan. 21 at Holistic Health & Fitness, 420 Breeze St. All providers of preventative or health/wellness care, services or products are encouraged to attend.

Food distributions set for later this month
The United States Department of Agriculture food supplement distributions are scheduled for this month.
The first will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Moffat County Department of Social Services, 595 Breeze St. Use the northeast alley entrance.
Food will also be distributed from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Jan. 26 at Maybell Community Center and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 26 at the county office in Dinosaur.

State Park’s Annual Ski and Skate today
Yampa River State Park’s Annual Ski and Skate is scheduled for 1 to 9 p.m. today at the park located between Craig and Hayden on U.S. Highway 40.
There will be ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more. The event is free.

Library board to meet Monday
The Moffat County Libraries Board is scheduled to meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Craig branch, 570 Green St. The meeting is open to the public and the full agenda can be found on page 10 inside.
Support group gathering Tuesday
The next cancer support group meeting is scheduled for 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Rehabilitation Services of Craig, 473 Yampa Ave. All cancer survivors, caregivers, family members and friends are welcome to attend.

Participants sought for annual Artwalk
The 16th annual Artwalk and fifth annual Taste of Chocolate are scheduled for Feb. 12 and organizers are seeking participants.

2nd heritage quilt show scheduled
The second Western Heritage Quilt Show is set for this summer at the Museum of Northwest Colorado. The deadline to enter the show in May and June is April 30, according to a news release from the museum.

Preserving the Last Frontier meeting set
The next Preserving the Last Frontier meeting is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Jan. 29 in the second-floor conference room at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St.
