BOCC to discuss supplemental to 2019 budget
CRAIG — In its final meeting of 2018 — rescheduled to Friday due to the Christmas holiday — the Moffat County Board of County Commissioners is expected to expected to review a supplemental to the 2019 county budget and certify 2019 mill levies.
The BOCC meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, in the Commissioners’ Boardroom at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way, Suite 130.
Also on the BOCC agenda for Friday:
• Commissioners will approve a consent agenda.
• Commissioners will hear monthly reports fron Finance Director Mindy Curtis, Road & Bridge Department Director Dan Miller — who will make a bid recommendation for a landfill compactor — and Human Resources Department Director Lynette Siedschlaw, who is expected to make three personnel requests and discuss Resolution 2018-143, which would authorize the human resources director to execute documents on behalf of the BOCC pertaining to insurance and employee.
• County Attorney Rebecca Tyree will discuss Resolution 2018-141, which would amend the county procurement policy.
• The BOCC will hear comments from the public, as well as reports commissioners reports.
The BOCC will next meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8.
