Approval expected for subdivisions
The Weber Subdivisions No. 2 and No. 3 will be up for final approval Monday at the Moffat County Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Each subdivision consists of four building sites.
Weber Subdivision No. 2 is located off Moffat County Road 15 between Craig and Maybell. Weber Subdivision No. 3 is located on Mesa Avenue on Thompson Hill. Both subdivisions have building sites that are five acres and up.
Judith Orton, Moffat County Planning clerk, believes both subdivisions have a good chance of being approved.
“It will be passed unless something drastic happens,” said Orton. “They have done everything necessary for the project. There has been only one complaint on Weber Subdivision No. 2 and we haven’t had any complaints on Weber Subdivision No. 3.”
Public comment is welcome at the Moffat County Planning and Zoning Board meeting Monday and at the Moffat County Board of Commissioners meeting on Oct. 27 at 10:30 a.m. at the Moffat County Courthouse.
