Alpha Tau holds pin ceremony

The Alpha Tau Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha International held its business meeting Nov. 4 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post with 13 present. They were: Flo Clements, Virginia Cromer, Thelma Rogers, Mary Early, Pat Hering, Verniece Self, Margaret Thompson, Bett Mays, Sharon Mostenan, Gwen Parker, Rae Rhyne, Julie Ann Sovine and Ronnie Rogers.

A jewel pin ceremony was held for Rae Rhyne. Bett Mays received her first and second Pallas Athene awards.

Plans were discussed for the upcoming craft fair at the mall Nov. 12-13.

The educational was given by Bett Mays on fishing and Sharon Mostenan gave hers on pearls. The theme is “Ocean Journey.”
