The All Crimes Enforcement Team is investigating what officers believe is a dormant methamphetamine lab found in a vacant home at 826 Colorado St.

“(Officers are) in the process of sampling right now” to determine if methamphetamine was created in the residence, ACET Commander Marvin Cameron said Friday afternoon.

The lab appears to have been confined to one room in the house, which is not occupied and is foreclosure, he said.

“It’s small,” Cameron said. “It’s old. It’s not active.”
