August 5, 1957 – March 3, 2025
Long time resident of Routt County, Joseph “Joe” Bruce Carroll passed away on Marched 3rd, 2025. He is proceeded in passing by his wife, Pam Carroll, parents Marvin Carroll and Mary Kathleen Mile. Son Joseph “Joey” Benjamin Carroll. Survived by Son, Brian Carroll, and Daughter, Andria. Services will be held May 3rd,2025 at 3pm at the Hayden Church.
