Eugenia Beaver, longtime educator in the Moffat County School District, passed away November 13, 2017 in Mesa, Arizona. She is best remembered as a first grade teacher at Yampa and East Elementary schools. Memorial Donations may be made to Teach for America or the Children’s Reading Foundation. Services will be in Mesa, Arizona.
