Weight Loss Challenge - Day 11
Is it easier to stick to your diet at home on the weekend or during the workweek? Is it better to diet in the winter or the summer? Does it help to diet with a friend or family member for support?
My answers: Weekend, summer and yes. At least those are the excuses I'm sticking to...
When it's cold outside, I'm tied to my desk and am all alone in my weight loss challenge, it's easy to run out, grab something quick that's warm and comforting and eat at my desk while I continue to work. And when 5 of 7 days are spent at work, many of my meals have been spent this way.
I need to refocus my energy, but am not sure exactly how to go about doing that. What are your thoughts on ways to stay motivated? Share them here!

I'm excited to hear anyones suggestions on how to stay motivated…or even GET motivated to workout…I just can't seem to get there myself and it's very frustrating! I know that if I do it I'll see results…but how do I make myself “just do it” :)
