Weight Loss Challenge - Day 30

I am 1/3 of the way there! I weighed myself this morning and am at 136 pounds — 6 pounds down, 11 pounds to go!

I am excited for my progress, but it has been a month and I haven't lost as much as I'd hoped. Maybe if I didn't cheat so much on the snacks and exercising, I'd be doing better though!

No-bake cookies are my latest foe. I have been craving chocolate, and they're just so easy to whip up! Plus, I find it a hassle to move the coffee table and countless toys out of the way to set up a space for doing exercise videos or Wii Fit. And with only one TV in the house, I try to fit it in when no one else is watching a show.

So it's been pretty easy for me to find excuses to avoid what I know I should be doing. How do you erase the excuses? A set schedule? Your own space? Separate meals from the rest of your family? Let me know how you stick to your plan!

    Can't help you there!!! I have my workout routine DOWN but can't seem to get the food routine settled…but that's ok one step at a time right???
