    THE AREA THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY. TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO
    SLOWLY FALL THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY WITH TEMPERATURES COLD
    ENOUGH FOR SNOW GENERALLY WEST OF A LINE FROM MCCOOK TO COLBY AND
    ALONG INTERSTATE 70. LIGHT SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE.
    THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND WIND WILL CREATE SHARPLY REDUCED
    VISIBILITIES.

    * PEAK WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS 35 TO 45 WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH
    EXPECTED.
    * TIMING/DURATION...THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY INTO THE EARLY
    EVENING.
    * OTHER IMPACTS...AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW COULD SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE
    VISIBILITIES TO A QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. WHILE SNOW
    IS NOT ACCUMULATING RAPIDLY ON THE ROADWAYS...BLOWING SNOW WILL
    CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING.
