    ARE EXPECTED.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
    CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...CAUSING SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW
    ALONG WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN A MILE.
    * TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS OVERNIGHT
    WILL COMBINE WITH THE WINDS TO PRODUCE WIND CHILL READINGS OF
    15 TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
