    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HASTINGS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
    WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
    UNTIL 1 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON.
    * IMPACT...DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES DUE TO
    SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...1 TO 5 INCHES.
    * TIMING...QUICK HITTING MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL SWEEP ACROSS
    THE REGION THIS MORNING AND SHOULD BE DONE IN MOST AREAS BY 1
    PM. HOWEVER...A STRONG NORTHWEST WIND WILL KICK IN BY LATE
    MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS RESULTING IN BLOWING SNOW AND
    CONTINUED REDUCED VISIBILITIES
    * VISIBILITY...SNOW WILL COME DOWN HEAVY AT TIMES REDUCING
    VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS WITHIN HEAVIER SNOW BANDS
    THIS MORNING.
    * WINDS...LIGHT WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING WILL BECOME NORTHWEST AT
    20 TO 25 MPH GUSTING TO OVER 30 MPH BY LATE MORNING TO EARLY
    AFTERNOON.
