* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL SPREAD EAST OF THE COLORADO BORDER
INTO NORTHWEST KANSAS AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA THE REST
OF THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF NEAR SUNRISE
THURSDAY MORNING.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.
* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
* OTHER IMPACTS...PATCHY LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL MAKE ROADS
SLICK IN SPOTS THIS EVENING. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES THIS EVENING AND
