    ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM CST SUNDAY...
    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL END AFTER MIDNIGHT. BUT NORTH WINDS OF
    30 TO 40 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...LITTLE OR NO ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS. STORM
    TOTALS GENERALLY RANGING FROM 2 TO 5 INCHES.
    * OTHER IMPACTS...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE AT 30 TO 40 MPH
    OVERNIGHT. THE STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
    THE NEWLY FALLEN SNOW THAT WILL OCCASIONALLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES
    TO 1/4 TO 1/2 MILE. TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY ON
    EAST WEST ORIENTED HIGHWAYS. WIND CHILLS WILL FALL TO ZERO TO 14
    BELOW TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.
