    EDWARDS...PAWNEE...PRATT AND STAFFORD. IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS...
    HODGEMAN. IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS...NESS.
    * THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON
    * HEAVY RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL
    AND WESTERN KANSAS LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN AGAIN EARLY
    THURSDAY. RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE
    POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. IF THESE STORMS TRAIN OVER
    THE SAME AREA FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, FLOODING COULD
    BECOME A CONCERN. THE GROUND ACROSS THIS AREA IS ALREADY
    SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS STORMS ALLOWING WATER TO QUICKLY POND
    AND FLOW INTO DITCHES, CREEKS, AND STREAMS.
