    A WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING
    THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT.
    * TIMING...A MIX OF SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD
    THE AREA SATURDAY NIGHT. BY SUNDAY...MOST OF THIS PRECIPITATION
    SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF SNOW...WITH A MIX OF SNOW AND SLEET
    POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL KANSAS. THE POTENTIAL
    EXISTS FOR A FEW BANDS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW TO OCCUR
    SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY. THE SNOW WILL DIMINISH FROM
    NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST SUNDAY NIGHT AND SHOULD EXIT THE AREA BY
    MONDAY MORNING.
    * TOTAL SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS COULD
    RANGE FROM 3 TO 8 INCHES WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS LIKELY TO BE
    ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 70. ACROSS EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
    SLEET ACCUMULATIONS COULD NEAR A HALF INCH...WITH AROUND ONE-
    TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE POSSIBLE FROM FREEZING RAIN.
    * WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BE SUSTAINED AT 10 TO 20
    MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 30 MPH WHICH COULD RESULT IN BLOWING AND
    DRIFTING SNOW.
    * WIND CHILL...WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE
    LIKELY FOR MUCH OF THE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT
    PERIOD.
    * IMPACTS...SNOW-COVERED AND ICY ROAD CONDITIONS ARE
    LIKELY...WHICH WILL RESULT IN SLICK ROADS AND DANGEROUS
    TRAVELING CONDITIONS. HYPOTHERMIA AND FROSTBITE COULD OCCUR
    QUICKLY FOR PERSONS EXPOSED TO THE COLD.
