    AND ACROSS THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS REGION DURING THE DAY ON
    WEDNESDAY. STRONG NORTH WINDS OF 30 TO 50 MPH MAY PRODUCE AREAS OF
    BLOWING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES
    DURING THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY AND INTO WEDNESDAY EVENING. TOTAL SNOW
    ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE FROM NORTHEAST
    COLORADO ACROSS THE NORTHWEST KANSAS AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA BORDER
    REGION.

    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER
    STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
    WEDNESDAY EVENING.
    * TIMING/DURATION...RAIN WILL BEGIN TO TRANSITION TO SNOW EARLY
    WEDNESDAY MORNING AND BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD BY WEDNESDAY
    AFTERNOON AS COLDER TEMPERATURES FOLLOW A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
    AREA. SNOW WILL DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST WEDNESDAY EVENING AS
    THE SYSTEM MOVES OUT OF THE REGION.
    * SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE
    * WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS OF 30 TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE AND
    MAY PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO
    ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.
    * OTHER IMPACTS...DECREASED VISIBILITIES WITH BLOWING SNOW AND
    STRONG NORTH WINDS MAY PRODUCE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
