    A BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT.
    * IMPACT...SNOW...ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND DRIFTING
    SNOW...IS RESULTING IN VERY POOR VISIBILITIES AND HAZARDOUS
    DRIVING CONDITIONS. INTERSTATE 80 HAS BEEN CLOSED IN BOTH
    DIRECTIONS ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. MANY OTHER COUNTY ROADS AND
    STATE HIGHWAYS HAVE ALSO BEEN CLOSED.
    * TIMING...SNOWFALL RATES WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE THROUGH THE
    EVENING HOURS. THE WIND WILL REMAIN VERY STRONG THROUGH THE
    EVENING AND GRADUALLY WEAKEN DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
    * TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY BETWEEN 8 AND 15 INCHES...
    BUT WITH SLIGHTLY LOWER AND HIGHER AMOUNTS LIKELY.
    * WINDS...NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE VERY STRONG...WITH
    SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF GENERALLY 25 TO 35 MPH...AND GUSTS OF 40
    TO 50 MPH. SPEEDS WILL VERY GRADUALLY DECREASE THROUGH THE
    OVERNIGHT HOURS... AVERAGING 10 TO 20 MPH OUT OF THE NORTHWEST
    BY SUNRISE WEDNESDAY MORNING.

    TIMES IN MANY RURAL AREAS THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON AND THEN
