    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 14 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
    * TIMING/DURATION...SNOWFALL IS SLOWLY END BY THE END OF TONIGHT.
    MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
    REST OF THE EVENING. EVEN AFTER THE SNOW DECREASES IN INTENSITY
    AND ENDS...THE STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
    SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW AND VISIBILITIES
    BELOW A HALF MILE.
    * IMPACTS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW CONTINUES...REDUCING VISIBILITIES
    BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE. HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CREATE
    HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS WITH ROAD CLOSURES. BE PREPARED FOR
    ROAD CLOSURES DUE TO HIGH WINDS... WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AND
    DRIFTING SNOW. LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THESE AREAS HAVE REPORTED
    NUMEROUS STUCK VEHICLES WITH SOME MOTORISTS STRANDED IN THEIR
