    A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
    TONIGHT.
    * TIMING...SNOW WILL DIMINISH TO FLURRIES LATE THIS EVENING...BUT
    BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE NEWLY FALLEN SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO
    BE A PROBLEM.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...LITTLE IF ANY ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS ARE
    EXPECTED.
    * WIND CHILLS...NORTH WINDS AROUND 15 TO 20 MPH WILL COMBINE
    WITH FRIGID TEMPERATURES TO PRODUCE WIND CHILLS AFTER MIDNIGHT
    IN THE 15 TO 20 DEGREE BELOW ZERO RANGE. THESE DANGEROUS WIND
    CHILLS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
    * IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL LIKELY BE IMPACTED THROUGH THE EVENING
    HOURS DUE TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE BLOWING SNOW WILL
    RESULT IN POOR VISIBILITIES OF ONE HALF MILE OR LESS.
