    THE WINTER STORM WARNING FOR LIGHT SNOW AND DANGEROUSLY COLD
    TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS
    EVENING.
    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL TAPER OFF LATER THIS MORNING...HOWEVER
    ANOTHER ROUND OF LIGHT SNOW WILL FORM LATER THIS MORNING AND WILL
    LAST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. SNOW SHOULD BEGIN TO TAPER OFF FROM
    NORTH TO SOUTH BY SUNDAY EVENING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
    THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING
    * IMPACTS...LIGHT SNOW WILL CAUSE ROADWAYS TO BE SNOW PACKED. WINDS
    BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH MAY CAUSE VISIBILITY PROBLEMS TONIGHT
    INTO SUNDAY MORNING.
    * TEMPERATURES...BITTERLY COLD AIR IS IN PLACE...CAUSING WIND CHILL
    VALUES ON SUNDAY MORNING TO BE BETWEEN 15 AND 20 DEGREES BELOW
    ZERO. HIGH TEMPERATURES ON SUNDAY WILL ONLY REACH THE SINGLE
    DIGITS. EXPECT LOWS ON MONDAY MORNING TO FALL TO 5 TO 10 DEGREES
    BELOW ZERO. NORTH WINDS BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH WILL CAUSE WIND CHILL
    VALUES TO DROP TO BETWEEN 20 AND 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO EARLY
    MONDAY MORNING.
