    DUSTING TO TWO INCHES ARE EXPECTED.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
    CONTINUE WHICH COULD CAUSE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW
    ALONG WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN A MILE.
