    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF SNOW CAN BE
    EXPECTED.
    * WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45
    MPH. THESE WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH
    VISIBILITIES REDUCED BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE. CONDITIONS SHOULD
    GRADUALLY IMPROVE BY MID MORNING.
    * OTHER IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW...BLOWING SNOW AND DRIFTING
    WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
