    THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING...
    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN ON MONDAY...BECOME MORE
    WIDESPREAD LATE MONDAY...BECOME HEAVY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...
    AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY ON TUESDAY BEFORE COMING TO AN END
    AROUND MIDNIGHT. SNOW MAY MIX WITH RAIN AT TIMES LATE MONDAY
    NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING...ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHERN PARTS OF THE
    WATCH AREA.
    * ACCUMULATION...THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE FOR 6 TO 12 INCHES ACROSS
    MUCH OF THE WATCH AREA. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE SOUTHEAST
    SIDE OF THE HEAVY SNOW WILL HAVE A VERY SHARP CUTOFF TO ONLY
    MINOR ACCUMULATION...AND SOME COUNTIES IN THE WATCH MAY HAVE
    MUCH MORE SNOW IN NORTHERN PARTS THAN SOUTHERN PARTS OF THE
    COUNTY.
    * WIND...WINDS WILL FREQUENTLY GUST 30 TO 40 MPH MONDAY NIGHT
    THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE NORTHEAST ON
    MONDAY EVENING...TURNING FROM THE NORTHWEST BY LATE TUESDAY.
    * VISIBILITY...NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY DUE TO THE
    HEAVY AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * MAIN IMPACT...TRAVEL IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE VERY DIFFICULT IF
    NOT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE WHERE THE HEAVIEST SNOW FALLS. BLOWING
    AND DRIFTING OF SNOW COULD CLOSE AREA ROADS.
