    * TIMING...PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME WIDESPREAD AND GRADUALLY
    CHANGE TO SNOW FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST DURING THE EARLY
    MORNING HOURS TODAY. THE BEST CHANCE FOR SNOW THROUGH THE
    MORNING WILL BE OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY COUNTIES.
    PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW MAY CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY TODAY...COMING
    TO AN END BY EARLY EVENING.
    * ACCUMULATION...SOUTHERN PARTS OF THE ADVISORY COUNTIES WILL
    LIKELY HAVE VERY LITTLE SNOW WHILE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
    ADVISORY COUNTIES MAY HAVE 1-2 INCHES.
    * WIND...WINDS WILL GUST UP TO 35 MPH MPH TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY
    EVENING. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE NORTHEAST THIS EVENING...TURNING
    FROM THE NORTHWEST BY LATE TUESDAY.
    * VISIBILITY...AREAS THAT RECEIVE MODERATE SNOW CAN EXPECT
    VISIBILITY BELOW A MILE.
    * MAIN IMPACT...TRAVEL IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE DIFFICULT IN
    AREAS THAT RECEIVE THE HEAVIER SNOWFALL...MAINLY NORTHERN
    PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY COUNTIES. BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
    SNOW COULD MAY CAUSE ADDITIONAL TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.
