    MCDONALD...NORTHWESTERN BARRY...NORTHWESTERN CHRISTIAN AND
    NORTHWESTERN STONE COUNTIES...
    AT 100 AM CDT...FLOODING CONTINUED ON SOME STREAMS AND RIVERS AS
    WELL AS MANY LOW WATER CROSSINGS. ALTHOUGH NO ADDITIONAL RAIN HAS
    FALLEN SINCE EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...RUNOFF FROM SEVERAL DAYS OF
    HEAVY RAINFALL WAS CAUSING FLOODING.
    SOME RIVERS WERE BEGINNING TO RECEDE BUT REMAINED AT HIGH LEVELS
    INCLUDING THE SPRING AND ELK RIVERS.
    HOWEVER SHOAL CREEK NEAR JOPLIN HAD RISEN AND REMAINED AT HIGH
    LEVELS.
