    .A QUICK MOVING UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING A PERIOD OF
    LIGHT SNOW TO EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND MUCH OF THE
    MISSOURI OZARKS THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
    WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM A TRACE UP TO 2 INCHES. TRAVEL IMPACTS
    ARE EXPECTED WITH THE SNOW FALLING BEFORE AND DURING THE MORNING
    COMMUTE TO WORK AND SCHOOL.

    * SHORT TERM TRENDS...THE NARROW BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW
    WILL CONTINUE TO SHIFT SOUTH AND EAST ACROSS THE MISSOURI OZARKS
    THIS MORNING AND WILL PUSH SOUTH OF U.S. 60 BY 8 AM. LIGHT SNOW
    MAY LINGER BEHIND THIS HEAVIER BAND FOR ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE
    CLEARING COMPLETELY. TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS
    EXPECTED WITH THIS EVENT WITH SOME LOCALIZED SLIGHTLY HIGHER
    AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
    * TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...SNOWFALL SHOULD COME TO AN END FROM
    NORTH TO SOUTH BY MID TO LATE MORNING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE
    POSSIBLE.
    * VISIBILITY...THE FALLING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES DOWN TO
    AROUND A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...ROADWAYS ACROSS THE REGION ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME
    SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS INCLUDING
    THE MORNING COMMUTE TO WORK AND SCHOOL.
