    BUT NORTH WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING
    SNOW.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...LITTLE OR NO ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS.
    STORM TOTALS GENERALLY RANGING FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES.
    * WIND CHILL VALUES...OF 10 TO 18 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY
    MORNING.
    * OTHER IMPACTS...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE AT 30 TO 40 MPH
    TONIGHT. THE STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
    THE NEWLY FALLEN SNOW THAT WILL OCCASIONALLY REDUCE
    VISIBILITIES TO 1/4 TO 1/2 MILE. TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT...
    ESPECIALLY ON EAST WEST ORIENTED HIGHWAYS. DANGEROUS WIND
