    WILL COMBINE WITH AN UPPER LEVEL WEATHER SYSTEM TO PRODUCE
    OCCASIONAL SNOW ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY
    MORNING.
    * STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 10 INCHES.
    * IMPACT...CONDITIONS WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS AT TIMES DUE TO POOR
    VISIBILITIES IN SNOW...AND ICY AND SNOW-PACKED ROADS.
