    * LOCATION...EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS ABOVE 10000 FEET
    INCLUDING WOLF CREEK AND CUMBRES PASSES.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...A STRONG PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL BE
    MOVING ACROSS THE COLORADO ROCKIES TODAY. A POWERFUL JET
    STREAM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL RESULT IN BLIZZARD
    CONDITIONS.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...STORM TOTAL AMOUNTS OF 10 TO 20 INCHES.
    * WIND...SOUTHWEST 25 TO 40 GUSTING TO 55 MPH AT TIMES RESULTING
    IN SEVERE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT
    TIMES.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE DANGEROUS DUE TO A COMBINATION OF
    HEAVY SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...POOR VISIBILITIES AND ICY...SNOW
    COVERED ROADS. TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE AT
    TIMES.

    * LOCATION...THE EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS ABOVE 10000 FEET AND
    THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS ABOVE 11000 FEET. THIS INCLUDES
    WOLF CREEK PASS AND CUMBRES PASS.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...AN INTENSE PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK
    ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 10 TO 20 INCHES
    ACROSS THE EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
    AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ALONG WEST AND SOUTHWEST FACING PEAKS. SNOW
    ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 12 INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE SANGRE DE
    CRISTO MOUNTAINS.
    * WIND...WEST WINDS 30 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 80 MPH.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL ACROSS THE SOUTHERN COLORADO MOUNTAINS IS
    EXPECTED TO BECOME DANGEROUS DUE TO A COMBINATION OF HEAVY
    SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...POOR VISIBILITIES AND ICY...SNOW COVERED
    ROADS. WHITE OUT CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MOUNTAIN PASSES.
