    .A VERY STRONG CIRCULATION AROUND A LARGE AND SLOW MOVING DEEP
    STORM SYSTEM OVER IOWA WILL KEEP HIGH WINDS BLOWING ON THE
    NORTHEAST PLAINS OF COLORADO THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO
    DECREASE LATER THIS EVENING AS THE STORM SYSTEM CONTINUES TRACKING
    TOWARD THE GREAT LAKES. WIDESPREAD BLOWING DUST IS EXPECTED...WITH
    THE WORST CONDITIONS SOUTH OF LIMON AND AKRON. VISIBILITIES WILL
    STILL GENERALLY BE ABOVE A MILE...BUT THERE WILL BE LOCALIZED VERY
    LOW VISIBILITIES NEAR PLOWED FIELDS. AS OF EARLY AFTERNOON THERE
    WERE ROAD CLOSURES IN WASHINGTON AND LINCOLN COUNTIES DUE TO
    AREAS OF LOW VISIBILITY. IN ADDITION TO THE BLOWING DUST...THE
    WINDS ARE LIKELY TO CAUSE SOME DAMAGE TO TREES... SHINGLES...AND
    WEAK STRUCTURES.

    71 MPH IN STRASBURG...69 MPH IN LIMON...66 MPH AT DENVER
