    THURSDAY...
    * LOCATION...THE WET MOUNTAIN VALLEY...THE PIKES PEAK REGION
    INCLUDING TELLER...EL PASO...EASTERN FREMONT AND PUEBLO
    COUNTIES...AND WESTERN LAS ANIMAS COUNTY.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...THE JET STREAM WILL INTERACT WITH COLD
    ARCTIC AIR TO PRODUCE AREAS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOWFALL
    THROUGH TONIGHT.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 6 INCHES
    WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP AGAINST THE MOUNTAINS.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO A COMBINATION OF
    SNOW...POOR VISIBILITIES AND ICY OR SNOW COVERED ROADS.
