    TO 5 AM MST MONDAY...
    * LOCATION...THE WET MOUNTAIN VALLEY...PUEBLO COUNTY...FREMONT
    COUNTY BELOW 8500 FEET...HUERFANO COUNTY...BENT COUNTY...OTERO
    COUNTY...LAS ANIMAS COUNTY...AND BACA COUNTY.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...ABUNDANT MOISTURE ARRIVING WITH THE JET
    STREAM FROM THE WEST WILL COINCIDE WITH A STRONG COLD FRONT
    ARRIVING FROM THE NORTH THIS WEEKEND. THIS WILL RESULT IN A
    PROLONGED PERIOD OF MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOWFALL
    OVER MUCH OF SOUTHEAST COLORADO.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...6 TO 10 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
    * WIND...NORTHEAST TO EAST 10 TO 25 MPH.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BECOME PROGRESSIVELY MORE DIFFICULT AND
    HAZARDOUS THROUGH THE WEEKEND DUE TO ICY SNOW COVERED ROADS.

    EVENING...
    * LOCATION...CHAFFEE AND LAKE COUNTIES...THE WET MOUNTAIN
    VALLEY...FREMONT...EL PASO...AND PUEBLO COUNTIES.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING WITH
    THE HEAVIEST FALLING LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
    SNOWFALL WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY AT TIMES UNDER THE MORE INTENSE
    SNOW BURSTS.
    * TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...THE MOUNTAINS WILL RECEIVE AN
    ADDITIONAL 1 TO 4 INCHES...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES
    ACROSS THE LOWER ELEVATIONS.
    * IMPACT...SNOW WILL PRODUCE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO
    SNOWPACKED AND ICY ROADWAYS AND POOR VISIBILITIES.
