    * LOCATION...NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY...INCLUDING MONUMENT...
    BLACK FOREST...CALHAN AND RAMAH.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...A STRONG SPRING STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS
    COLORADO THROUGH TONIGHT...BRINGING MODERATE TO HEAVY WIND
    DRIVEN SNOW TO THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...3 TO 6 INCHES WITH NORTH WINDS CAUSING
    CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
    * WIND...NORTH AT 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 60 MPH AT TIMES.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL DETERIORATE QUICKLY THIS AFTERNOON WITH
    HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS EXPECTED DURING THE EVENING COMMUTE. STRONG
    NORTH WINDS COMBINED WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL CAUSE
    WHITE OUT CONDITIONS IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. ROADS WILL QUICKLY
    BECOME SLICK...SNOW PACKED AND ICY.
