    TUESDAY MORNING...
    * LOCATION...NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL HAVE THE
    POTENTIAL TO BRING BLIZZARD CONDITIONS TO NORTHERN EL PASO
    COUNTY STARTING MONDAY EVENING AND LASTING INTO TUESDAY
    MORNING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...5 TO 10 INCHES
    * WIND...NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 60 MPH. THE
    STRONGEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP LATE MONDAY EVENING AND LAST INTO
    TUESDAY.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL MAY BECOME DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE AT TIMES ACROSS
    NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY. STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH HEAVY
    SNOW AND WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 1/4 OF A MILE AT
    TIMES. SIGNIFICANT DRIFTING SNOW IS LIKELY. WIND CHILL VALUES
    MONDAY NIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY WILL BE IN THE 10 TO 15 DEGREE
    RANGE. HIGHWAYS WHICH WILL BE IMPACTED INCLUDE INTERSTATE 25 AND
    HIGHWAY 24.
